We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. However, due to the complexities of international logistics, we currently do not support returns or refunds for non-defective items (i.e., no "no-reason" returns). Below, you’ll find detailed information about our return and refund process for eligible cases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for non-defective items due to the complexities of international shipping.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@weikav.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If you are located outside of China, please note that international shipping may take longer than expected.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receiving your merchandise for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
